Quitting smoking is an issue that smokers who refuse to stop smoking, avoid like a madman. But in reality, we all know that smokers who have smoked for a period of time without thinking about quitting. If you are a smoker and want to quit smoking while you have chosen the right path to travel. You see, when a person on a trip and do not have a location map to show the way, the journey can be frightening and long term.
But with a card, the traveler be sure of arriving on time and safe, and can detect some short cuts along the road. There may be some rivers to cross, but the map will show you where they are bridges. In this analogy, I am your card, I was on my way to quit smoking, and reached its destination in which only non-smokers live, and believe me the journey worthwhile. This is how it happened.

This is the short version … After years of smoking, high at first, seemed fresh, felt like people feel accepted. Here are all the good things you have to smoke. Nothing.
Here are some of the bad things that has come smoking:
Chesty cough cough * … Smoking
The bad breath *
* Stained teeth
* Pocket Lighter
* Health problems
That might make them think about quitting smoking:
* The children look to you when you cough,
* The children ask if you okay when you cough.
* Become a breath with a small amount of physical exertion … and yes that includes sex.
* The thought of dying soon, what should, and leaving his family to take care of themselves.
* Changing the TV channel adds anti snuff wine.
Then jump into the water, you have to deal with in terms removed after quitting.
* Can be a bit irritable, (ask your wife / partner / husband to lover / near you)
* You may obtain aches and pains for a short period.
* You can get the cravings, which only lasted about 45 seconds each time, then they will go.
* You can get a little tired for a while.
