After several attempts, seems to have been able to stop smoking for good. I've never been a smoker hardened – an average of four per day. After all previous attempts was normal, but this time the first time this month was normal, but the second lap I had very severe cramps – Worse than it had in years, but very little bleeding. I'm in my thirties and have always been regular. The only time I have never been late already experiencing stress serious and there was no cramping or bleeding at all, I was too late.
